Hi, I’m Laura Wells, a wellness coach and certified fitness professional with over 30 years of experience helping women improve their health and relationship with themselves.

 

After years in the fitness industry, I experienced what I call my “Matrix moment,” realizing that changing your body doesn’t automatically heal the way you feel about yourself, and that lasting change goes much deeper than workouts and nutrition plans.

 

Today, my work combines nervous system awareness, movement, emotional healing, and mindset coaching to help women move away from shame-based wellness patterns and build sustainable habits rooted in self-trust, resilience, and self-compassion.
